Parking Structure at 26732 Verdugo Street
ZONE 1001 - Parking Spaces 1 to 34 (Basement Level) - Overnight Parking Only (Metered)
- Seven days a week; and 72-hour parking limit.
- $20 per day (24 hours).
- Pay first by space number at pay station.
ZONE 1002 - Parking Spaces 35 to 108 (Basement Level) - All-Day Public Parking (Metered)
- Seven days a week.
- $2 hourly parking.
- $2 all-day parking if parked/paid before 10 a.m.
- Pay first by space number at pay station.
- No overnight parking 2 a.m. to 5 a.m.
- Commuter Parking Permit exempt from meter payment.
ZONE 1003 - Parking Spaces 109 to 355 (Levels 1, 2, 3) - Public Parking (Metered)
- Seven days a week.
- $2 hourly parking.
- Pay first by space number at pay station.
- No overnight parking 2 a.m. to 5 a.m.
- Franciscan Plaza Employee Parking Permit exempt from meter payment.
Free Employee Parking
Free Downtown Employee Parking (with no hourly limit) available at the Forster Property at El Camino Real and Forster Street with 2025 Downtown Employee Permit. Additional information about other Downtown Employee Parking Permit Locations can be found on Finance's Customer Service page.
Parking Citations
You may pay by mail or by going to: www. CitationProcessingCenter.com.
If you make payment by mail, send the proper amount of penalty in money order, cashier's check or personal check, payable to: City of San Juan Capistrano. Do not send cash. Enclose the notice of parking violation with your payment and/or proof of corrections(s). Please write your citation number on your payment.
