All public construction bids are located by using the following links. This will allow remote access to invitations to bid, plans and specifications, current plan holders lists and bid results. Plans and specifications will not be available for sale at City Hall. For questions related to current bids, please select the project link and information for the project manager will be provided.

• Independent Audit Services (PDF) - Proposers should email their intent to propose via email to jjayasinghe@sanjuancapistrano.org with a subject line that reads “Intent to Propose for Independent Audit Services” by the close of business on March 27, 2026. Proposals must be submitted via email to jjayasinghe@sanjuancapistrano.org with a subject line that reads “Request for Proposal for Independent Audit Services”. The submitted proposals must be submitted on or before 4 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2026.
