The City Clerk publishes and posts all public notices and public hearing notices related to the City Council.  The City Clerk is also responsible for bid notices related to Public Works projects.

  • Ord Intro CA 25-003 Los Rios SP (PDF) -  Notice is hereby given that on March 17, 2026, the City Council will adopt an ordinance. This ordinance will amend the Los Rios Specific Plan (SP 78-01) to modernize the list of principal uses allowed in the Historic Commercial District. The Historic Commercial (HC) District is located at the center of the Specific Plan area and comprised of portions of two separately owned properties, 31791 Los Rios Street and 31781 Los Rios Street.
  • ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE 1131 (PDF) - On February 3, 2026, the City Council introduced a non-urgency version of the previously adopted urgency ordinance for the purpose of adopting the 2025 California Building Standards Code via the standard Building Code adoption process. On February 3, 2026, the City Council also set a public hearing date of February 17, 2026, for adoption of said ordinance.
